Glaring evidence of just how completely INSANE the entire dumbocrat party as gone

RFK Jr. claims Republican's own the media... :cuckoo:

Let's see - MSNBC and NBC actually work for the Dumbocrats. ABC, CBS, and CNN work overtime trying to cover up the truth in favor up pushing liberal dumbocrat propaganda.

You "MSM is liberal" types sound like a bum in the park, covered in vomit screaming about aliens.

NBC is a billion dollar corp, idiot.

You sound like a commie.

The mainstream, ex-liberal corporate media bend over backwards for Pubs, put their lies out with the facts (Dem arguments) on an equal basis. And no longer have any documentaries exploring issues- they're scared to death of loudmouth Pubs and lockstep dupes.

Now boys, Faux News won the right to legally lie in court. All is well.

links to prove your point, please...

You have been on USMB since 2008? You know exactly what he said. Look it up yourself.

No.....if somebody is going to accuse someone else of lying in court, then the responsibility is theirs to prove their point. If Rocks chooses not to, then it's a given he's lying. Now it seems to me that ALL news outlets lie their asses off, including all the liberal outlets. In fact, they are far worse than any of the conservative outlets. The liberal news media doesn't even bother to investigate things anymore.....they have no sense of journalism or morality. Pretty pathetic that liberals will wail and moan about how Fox news isn't giving them their love, but have no problem with MSNBC/CNN/NBC/etc...going out of their way to push false narratives and lie their asses off so that the demo brand isn't tarnished. Get the fuck out of here, morons.

#43- You are deluded. See sig pp3, "Obama gutted Medicare, Workfare, Bengazi (NO LIES), fast and furious (ATF chief said NEITHER Bush nor Obama administration knew about gun walking)- but the Pub propaganda Machine and the dupes go ON and ON. HAHA- they lose! And it's getting worse.

When I say the things I do about the Republican Party, I really wish it weren't true. Most of the time, I simply repeat what their leaders say.

IOW, this 'damning' case had to do with a single FOX affiliate and NOT the national organization?.

Actually no. Orders on this came from Fox Corporate in New York, bowing to pressures from Monsanto, and that's on the record. I'm familiar with this case; I've written extensively on it in the past (not here) and I can link you directly to those documents later on when I get time. Or you can look them up in the meantime.

Mainstream media is not necessarily owned by "Republicans". It's owned by conservatives. That's why as a whole it leans to the right.

I'll be back...

In case you aren't aware of it, the First Amendment protects the right of News corporations to lie. Apparently you object to the First Amendment. No surprise there, liberals have been whining about anyone but liberals exercising their First Amendment rights since the existence of liberals. Woodrow Wilson was one the first to persecute anyone who disagreed with him.

All you turds are doing with your whining about this case is revealing your fascist cloven hoof.

Uhhhh... where do you see me "objecting" to anything? Where do you see word one about the First Amendment? Or "turds"? Is reading like malaria on your planet?

Once again r e a l s l o w, I simply said that the "damning" case did indeed have to do with the national organization (Fox News), not just the local Florida TV station, and that I would be back to demonstrate it.

So here I am, and here it is. (And the original letter it refers back to is this one). These are the documents shown right about 3:13 in this video about the whole kerfuffle (sorry if this was already linked, I'm late to this party):

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7ZpcPQP3yg]Reporters Blow Whistle on Fox News - YouTube[/ame]

Note that Carolyn Forrest, the Fox corporate attorney, acknowledges that the reporters were fired for refusing to falsify their story. She's in Atlanta, not a local in Florida.
There's your First Amendment "turd". Happy motoring.

"We'll tell you what the news is -- the news is what we say it is!"

PS about that Woodrow Wilson crap; you might want to look up "Lincoln, Abraham". You might even want to look up "Adams, John" and the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798. Didn't take us long)

You really are as dumb as a bag of dirt. I won't even tell you why you are so stupid in your reply. Somebody else will have to do it. Me...I like dumb chicks.

Uhhhh... where do you see me "objecting" to anything?

Oh puhleeze. You wouldn't have posted something about it if you didn't object to it. Furthermore, you called it "damning." And you're trying to tell us you don't object to it?

Where do you see word one about the First Amendment?

Of course you don't mention the First Amendment when you're viciously attacking it.

Or "turds"? Is reading like malaria on your planet?

If you want to see a turd, look in the mirror.

I don't give a flying fuck if the "damning case" that you don't object to does have to do with the national organization. I'm discussing your eagerness to attack the First Amendment.

Note that Carolyn Forrest, the Fox corporate attorney, acknowledges that the reporters were fired for refusing to falsify their story. She's in Atlanta, not a local in Florida.

I can't find any evidence of her saying that. It's obvious bullshit

What makes you think I'm a fan of Abraham Lincoln or John Adams?

"Damning" was somebody else's word already used before I got here, Evelyn Wood. And refresh me on when I gave you permission to determine what my posting criteria are. :asshole:

Woooo. Ad hominem. So impressive. You just invented that, right? :lmao:

No, you're playing with yourself again, because I never brought up the First Amendment. You did.

What makes you think I'm a fan of Abraham Lincoln or John Adams?

::sigh:: it is dense in here...
Woodrow Wilson was one the first to persecute anyone who disagreed with him.
-- Lincoln and Adams both predate Wilson. By a lot.

Anyone who doesn't toe the progressive line and spread their narrative of "the government owes you a living and it's the rich guys fault you are useless" must be destroyed.

You'd get more sense out of them than the average progressive nut, that can't be denied.

Daily Kos: Fox News wins in court

December 1996, Jane Akre and her husband, Steve Wilson, were hired by FOX as a part of the Fox “Investigators” team at WTVT in Tampa Bay, Florida.to investigat bovine growth hormone (BGH), a controversial substance manufactured by Monsanto Corporation.

Fox executives and their attorneys wanted the reporters to use statements from Monsanto representatives that the reporters knew were false and to make other revisions to the story that were in direct conflict with the facts. Fox editors then tried to force Akre and Wilson to continue to produce the distorted story.

Akre and Wilson refused and threatened to report Fox's actions to the FCC, they were both fired.

August 18, 2000, a unanimous Florida jury found that Akre was wrongfully fired by Fox Television when she refused to broadcast (in the jury's words) “a false, distorted or slanted story” The jury awarded her $425,000 in damages.

FOX appealed the case, and on February 14, 2003 the Florida Second District Court of Appeals overturned the settlement awarded to Akre.

In a stunningly narrow interpretation of FCC rules, the Florida Appeals court claimed that the FCC policy against falsification of the news does not rise to the level of a "law, rule, or regulation," it was simply a "policy." Therefore, it is up to the station whether or not it wants to report honestly.

IOW, this 'damning' case had to do with a single FOX affiliate and NOT the national organization?

Now there's a surprise... NOT.

Lying hacks are lying hacks.

Plus something else they don't want mentioned:
What is more appalling are the five major media outlets that filed briefs of Amici Curiae- or friend of FOX – to support FOX’s position: Belo Corporation, Cox Television, Inc., Gannett Co., Inc., Media General Operations, Inc., and Post-Newsweek Stations, Inc. These are major media players! Their statement, “The station argued that it simply wanted to ensure that a news story about a scientific controversy regarding a commercial product was present with fairness and balance, and to ensure that it had a sound defense to any potential defamation claim.”
Belo owns "20 television stations, three regional cable channels and 25 websites", including ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates.

Cox owns the three-letter network affiliates and some newspapers.

Gannet also owns owns the three-letter network affiliates and some newspapers.

Media General owns three-letter network affiliates.

Post-Newsweek Stations is owned by WaPo, noted liberal newspaper.

Imagine that. Liberal media groups think it's okay to lie.

Personally I think it is abhorrent for a 'news' organization to falsify info or misrepresent the WHOLE truth of a story, whether it is Fox, MSNBC or CNN.

I mention the last 2 to remind some of our more liberal posters that it's not just Fox.

Remember MSNBC cropping tape of an Arizona anti-Obamacare rally where they showed the back of a man carrying an AR-15 while they decried the obvious racism of the TEA Party? The man toting the weapon was black, but since that image didn't support their narrative it didn't get shown.

Or CNN doing this...?
CNN never aired the Nick Robertson report in Egypt because it completely contradicted the Obama Administration, and Hillary Clinton State Department, Egyptian assertions. In short, it proved they were lying – BIG TIME. The refusal to air the real reasoning for the Egyptian Embassy assault was intentional protection of President Obama specifically orchestrated by the CNN News group. Specific, intentional, lying.

Apparently they have a history of this no-one knew about. UNTIL NOW.

Amber Lyon is an award-winning journalist who worked for CNN.

She says she was ordered to report fake stories, delete unfriendly stories adverse to the Obama administration (like the Nick Robertson report), and construct stories in specific manners while working for the left-wing network.

The hammer does swing both ways...

No, I've been calling left-wingers "turds" for a few years now.

Yes, we know you didn't say you were attacking the First Amendment. What fascist ever admits they are attacking the Bill of Rights? That doesn't stop them from doing it on a regular basis, however. You seem to be playing this game where if you don't use a particular word, then the bad Ju-Ju won't stick to you.

What makes you think I'm a fan of Abraham Lincoln or John Adams?

Even MORE evidence of how fuck'n stupid liberals are...

Obama coaches MSNBC air staff on fiscal cliff

Imagine the cries of terror that would be coming from the left today if all the Fox News hosts went for a nice special visit to the White House to get some talking points from a Republican president. It would be deafening. So, what happened when MSNBC’s hosts attended a production meeting with President Obama
