Germany is taking on Facebook, threatening criminal action against the world’s biggest social media company if it doesn’t stem the swelling tide of racist postings. Facebook is a corporate entity...it is not a federal or governmental agency...A private business can curtail free speech because it may damage their ability to make profits..

It's still not free speech. All rights are limited, it's a simple fact of life. Human Rights are all about doing whatever you want as long as you don't harm people. If harm comes into it, then it isn't free speech.
