In France, civilians are not allowed to possess weapons of war, certain handguns and long guns, automatic firearms, firearms disguised as other objects, and armour-piercing, incendiary and expanding ammunition.

Gun bans have been proven over and over again here in America and the rest of the world that have strict no guns, that it does not work.

ISIS and the NRA are allies. The NRA is doing everything in their power to make sure suspected terrorists can still purchase deadly weapons - that's called aiding and abetting the enemy. Whether or not this particular attack was directly aided is irrelevant, they are on the same side.

The NRA wouldn't hesitate to facilitate gun sales directly to ISIS. Maybe they already are.

I was an NRA member for 30 some years. I quit about 5 years ago not because of wanting more laws but because it became a business and is in it for gun manufacturers, not hunters. They could care less about my hunting privileges. They are now a money hungry business that's it. When they get their act together and run it like an organization that is out to protect my rights as an avid hunter I might join back. Right now my money would be given to who knows.
