Can someone explain why so far the Red Cross Red CRESCENT did not visit innocent Israeli hostages for 52 days?

Only now, there is a promise:

Daughter of freed hostage: Red Cross refused to take medication for my mother.
Daughter of Elma Avraham, 84-year-old in serious condition, says Red Cross refused to accept medication to pass to her mother....
"My mother is proof of the insane cruelty of this organization. All of the international rescue organizations must do everything, Israel needs to do everything, to make the aid accessible as quickly as possible. Every hour is critical. If she had arrived after one more day, she likely would not be here. She is fighting for her breaths."

they refused it does not say they said they couldn't do it, learn to read perhaps?

No.

That isn't what it says. Learn to read perhaps?

The Red Cross has repeatedly refused to confirm that it has been notified of this clause of the truce but insists that it will visit the hostages if both parties agree that it should. Hamas has yet to publicly confirm having agreed to such visits.

If the only obstacle is / was because of Gaza regime and nothing about ICRC being uncomfortable.. then the ICRC should say so. And condemn Hamas..

The Red Cross NEVER refused to check on any hostages.

The Red Cross simply refused to tell the press how far the negotiations had gotten towards letting them check on the hostages.
Clearly it is in the interests of Hamas to keep the hostage locations secret.

Wrong.
Since the point of Hamas taking hostages was to free innocent Palestinians held hostage by Israel for over a decade, it is Israel who should be "condemned".

Read - the RC simply doesn't care.

And "Free Palestine" supporters simply absolve Hamas
of all moral costs, and responsibility for any word or reason.

The RC is not about to say anything whatsoever to jeopardize negotiations. There is no reason to think otherwise. EVERYONE. has been extremely closed mouthed about it throughout the process.

Innocent? Criminals convicted of murder, assault and terrorism are not innocent.
