Article also is mentioning a phenomenae seen everywhere: as progress is made with HIV treatment, people become complacent and less fearful of catching anything 'icky' from sex. But this is misplaced. The 'icky' stuff is still around, and spreading like wildfire as people now under the mistaken impression HIV is a minor concern they're returning to promiscuity.
