All those shirts would do is promote bullying and fights.
Stop paying attention to them. It is not already a problem.

What about the freedom of speech at schools that require mandatory school uniforms? And since we're frivolously going after people's jobs, maybe you should lose your job too if you don't toe the line of political correctness. Schools have the right to do what's necessary to maintain good order and every kid that gets sent home to change an offensive shirt has no legal recourse because even speech has its limits.

Yep. Free speech means you can put whatever you want on your shirt in public, so long as it isn't porn - in which case discretion is advised.

I might be annoyed at a 'no gays or dykes' T Shirt, but the right to wear that is the same right that gives someone the right to wear a ' i'm gay, so get over it' T Shirt, which is something the administrators didn't get - though I doubt they even read the US constitution or even their local state or county laws.

I think we need a new amendent to the US constitution.
