Future in Europe

Because for the moment, there is no International law court.
There is the International penal law court in La Haye, for the war crimes in Yougoslavia, but there is not a real international law court, to judge these things.

But the fact that there is not a law court to punish some acts doesn't mean that you can do want : there is not law court to punish some violation of the Human rights, but Nations respect them anyway. (not all, of course).

There is the Court of Justice, in the UNO. But it job is to resolve the problems of interpretation of a treaty...or, resolve a conflict. And it have to be asked by a State. So,if nobody ask for.......
