So, are you going to back up your statement or not? To remind you, you said:
The annual interest payments are second only to the defense budget.
I say you're wrong about that. Back up your statement, if you can.
There ya go...blaming someone else again. Lol!
Which will show the increase in the total debt for the duration of the RNC convention.
You'd think after the Reagan/Bushes years they'd be ashamed of it.
The day Obama's first budget responsibility began the U S owed $453 billion of interest on the debt. Unlike the debt itself the interest must be paid or the nation goes into default. Subtract a trillion or so from Obama's debt and add it to the Reagan/Bush years:

Your numbers are meaningless. Obama is responsible for more debt than any President EVER.
If you're trying to say government during Reagan and the Bush's spent too much, you're right, they did. Of course, it was nothing compared to what they spend during the Obama years.
What's your point?

The point is that one third of Obama's debt is due to interest payments...
If Romney were to win, you can bet the Democrats will make sure that's not the last you see of that debt clock.

What's your point?
The point is that one third of Obama's debt is due to interest payments for debt created mostly by Republican administrations. On top of that, the vast majority of the rest of the debt under Obama was due to increase payments in safety net programs and loss of revenue due to the Republican caused recession. Now, I will say that the cause of the recession can be traced to many factors, but the way you guys look at things, everyone seems so intent on blaming the president, so let's blame Bush for the recession. Obama did not cause or start it; it was handed to him.
Tax revenues fall when big government discourages private sector investments by raising insurance costs with scare tactics
My insurance went from $200 deductible to $2500 deductible which basically meant we were uninsured the year after Obama took office, even paying the same rates. We may not be insured now. We changed companies, and had to hire an accountant to figure things out for us.Tax revenues fall when big government discourages private sector investments by raising insurance costs with scare tactics
This is such a blatant lie, only idiots voting Republican would fall for it.
How long did it take you to make up that chart? The annual interest payments are second only to the defense budget.
Really? Do you have a link for this?
Here's the 2011 federal budget breakdown:
21% Medicare, Medicade, CHIP
20% Social Security
20% Defense
13% Safety Net Programs
7% Benefits for federal employee retirees
6% Interest on Debt
3% Transportation and infrastructure
2% Education
2% Science and research
1% Non security international
4% Other
LMAO!!! Where did you find that load of horse shit? All that's required to reduce spending is to cut out a Republican war or two:
Obama's spending that he added to the DEPT has been Booooooooooooooooosh's fault
don't ya know
