Florida to build internment camps to herd the homeless in and out of sight

It's a state issue until the states start bleeding the federal taxpayers to fund their foolishness. Put homeless Americans in camps while setting up illegals up in hotels, everyone wins.

Well yeah! he thinks its not humane unless the homeless shelter is built across the street from a Middle School ! either that or the shelter should be withing close proximity of businesses where they can ask customers for extra money. But keeping all the homeless together in one place where they can possibly be sorted out and some recieve help or direction? thats a big no !
The "liberal" policy of encouraging the, to die horrible deaths on the street is disgusting. The Homeless Industrial Complex here in California is a multi billion dollar industry.

The humane thing to do is to put them out of their misery. They are primarily crazies with drug problems. Rarely will you find someone on the streets who is not mentally insane or an addict. They are no good to anyone, and we don’t have the resources to be throwing them away on useless causes.

This is a real conservative solution to homelessness. Coral them out of sight to maintain property values.
Its on the meatballs desk at the moment but its so cruel and inhumane you know it will be law shortly.
America swerved a monster when they rejected the pixie boot nazi.

The market does not solve homelessness. Neither does Ron.

How about offering the homeless a bus ride to New York City, where they are guaranteed shelter by law as a sanctuary city? A lot of wealthy people are leaving the Big Apple, so they do have the room.

Like they do in California with the premier of China visits?

Dumbass!🤡

It is a good idea mostly because you can centralize services from a place like that. Cruel and inhumane is to let them languish on the street corners and under the bridges. Expenditures can be more accurately accounted and agencies that want to donate will have a place to send them to. Hell they might even open up a school on campus for the kids.

I'm betting that once other states see this They will do the same thing.

Depends on the state. In the big blue shitholes like California, which has over 30% of the entire national homeless population, the "homeless" are just another revenue stream for the grifters and con artists in the government/activist industry, who profit massively off of money intended to help homeless people.

An excellent idea! No one needs to live in the excrement of others.//

As long as they are out of sight and not affecting property values its ok.

We...er..agree on somethingI am scared!

As long as they have qualified social workers to help them get back on their feet and become productive citizens, those who can't at least have a place to live, cared for and be safe other than a jail cell. Their constitutional rights as citizens must always be at the fore front of any program for them.
One issue will be that they will want to leave, and they are not criminally incarcerated so can.

If you incarcerate them for vagrancy then they are in jails (which is what happens currently). I don't know how to fix that issue.

I would prefer adjudication to be on the Mexico side of the border for those seeking refugee status.

The real conservative solution to homelessness is not to come here illegally in the first place.
