Ferguson Shooting re:Audio tape

That tape has no value...

......There's no way to prove it is what it is professed to be...doesn't help either argeument..
What do you mean that there is no way to "prove" it is what it says it is? Time stamps and back up files can prove it....the server provider should have back ups with time stamps and with the users address and location....the user at the other end of this man's convo would have copies as well....

This tape can be proved to be a fraud, pretty easily, if it is a fraud....

last night i caught a little of the audio on cnn

they told the viewers to disregard what the taper was saying--LOL

Rather than cogitate questionable "evidence" that surfaces daily, I'll wait to hear what the grand jury says and evaluate the evidence that they verified. Anyone with a recording device and a bit of ingenuity can produce an audio and claim it was made in real time at the scene.

BTW, some recording devices use automatic gain control to prevent overdriving of amplifiers. The detection of an sudden loud noise ( a spike in the volume) can trigger adjustments in the devices sensitivity which affects the accuracy of the recording. This is one reason that the best live concert performances of "The War of 1812" include a real cannon being fired.

Yes, bits & pieces of slanted "evidence" add up to -0-.

most of it is called media evidence

has great value on trying to sway the public

but has little or no use in the court room
Anything to keep the hate going. The media is invested in pushing an agenda. That agenda is that liberal sacred cows are without fault and regardless if they're criminals they must have a reason for being unhappy.

Assuming that the recording is validated by independent time stamps then it raises some questions.

The sound pattern is 6 shots, pause, then 4 shots.

Brown was hit by 6 shots that all came from the front.

Given that the gun probably held at least 10 rounds, possibly more, there was no need for a reload.

Doubtful that this will be played for the grand jury if it hasn't yet been authenticated.
On the LO show last night 'Lopa' has emerged.
Lopa' stated she was sitting on her law office and in walks some dude. The dude just happens to mention he had some evidence re. the Ferguson shooting. She tried to sell the tape but couldn't so she told the dude to hand it over to the cops.
He claimed will jacking off listening to phone sex he inadvertently recorded a bunch of gun shots from outside his apartment.
'Our fucking genius lawyer referred to the evidence as a "VIDEO"!!!!!! tape. Good old LO had to quickly use the words "audio tape" to give 'Lopa' a pass. But he never asked her to clarify. THAT would have been too honest for LO.
The (cough) 'evidence' is 6 shots in quick succession, a pause, then four more shots.
Will someone tell the stupid fucking 'BM' fans that in fact one gunshot occurred inside the cop car. Then, even according to witnesses, 'BM' got his arms out of the cop car and began to walk away. At this point Wilson got out of the car and what happened then happened.
How the fuck could Wilson pull the trigger when the first shot is heard then exit the car in the interval between the first and second shot which according to the recording is about half a second? Physically impossible for that to happen. "But maybe the dude jerking off had just turned on the recording app on his phone after the first shot was fired inside the car?" Ya right.
BTW. It's a serious infraction for any cop NOT to have a fully loaded gun while on duty.
"But how do you know that?"
Because stupid. Cops are trained to count shots fired if possible. You and your partner or attending officers get into a firefight and everyone must be confident that if they counted the number of rounds they have fired and or the cop beside them has fired they know they can risk their lives or not based on that knowledge.

I seriously doubt the tape is legitimate. But just say for hype sake that it is a legitimate recording of the shots that were fired outside of the car (the one from inside the car being too muffled to detect)...a group of six followed by a short pause and a group of 4. The autopsy shows that MB was hit 6 times, the last two (to the head) being fatal.

Any of you that have ever been hit hard in the side of the face may agree that it is disorienting and causes your skills to decline. The officer may have missed the first few shots, then made some hits in MB's right arm, then hesitated a bit to see if MB was going to stop coming, then fired 4 more shot with the last two striking the head and killing MB.

That's just a maybe situation, but it appears more plausible than a lot of the shit I've been hearing from people that don't know a thing about fistfight injury vs hand/eye coordination....or the fact that most policemen are trained to "fire until the subject is no longer a threat to you".

There was an audio expert on some news show this morning saying that the only way to prove the authenticity of the tape is to recreate the situation with the same recording device in the same position, the same weapon, the same cartridge loads, fired from the same position, in the same direction, under the same conditions as existed at the time of the shooting. (I add that for it to be exactly the same, the temperature and humidity would also have to match those at the time of the shooting, but small variances would not make significant difference in the outcome.)

I, for one would like to know what weapon the officer used and what type of ammunition. I'm sure we'll find out someday. Maybe not really soon, but soon enough.

cnn got a bit of bad news on the audio today

looks like the my have gotten punked

CNN experts believe the breaking audio they played earlier this week of the “Michael Brown shooting” was a hoax

CNN has a penchant for chasing false leads.

I wouldn't trust a thing they put out because they don't vet their sources before they broadcast whatever they have to say. CNN is so heavy into advocacy that their objectivity is gone. They spread so much false information that it's embarrassing.

when looking at the photos of the scene

the bullet that was dug out of the wall of a building

was not down range (from the officer past big MIke)

but rather from the squad car where the two had been fighting

Which means that the officer started shooting at Brown which explains why he ran away. Unarmed people usually flee when people are shooting at them. It would also indicate that Brown was no longer any threat to Wilson so continuing to shoot at him while he was fleeing now has to be demonstrated to be SOP under those circumstances.

No, the first round was an AD (Accidental Discharge).

After Brown started to leave the scene Wilson got out and told him to freeze, Brown turned around and began taunting the officer and tried to run him over. He got shot for it.

Disregard that man in the videosex chatroom.

that would explain the injury to the skin between the thumb and first finger of brown

as either the slide or the front sight caught his skin flap as they struggled over the gun

Who has made the determination that it was an AD?

Who has alleged that Brown "began taunting the officer"?

Who has alleged that Brown "tried to run him [Wilson] over"?

There is at least one witness who has said BM started taunting the cop.
It was hilarious yesterday on MSNBC. Not ONE FUCKING WORD about the gunshot audio. Whereas the day before it was the lead story on every MSNBC/CNN show.
MSNBC and CNN know what a cluster fuck the whole BM farce has become.........again!
Their news coverage is fading faster than a popcorn fart in the wind.
The major problem is the race whores in the LIB backrooms got on the wrong stinking dead horse a couple of months too soon and now the next time, hopefully a couple of weeks just before the mid-terms, a 'White man' kills a Black person, the Blacks may not be so quick to waddle off to the polls and vote for a LIB.
Timing is everything in politics. Someone should have told Obama and Rev. Al.

I am certain the audio can be verified...where he lives vs... the vicinity of the incident, and the time of this audio can be verified as well from the service provider....and probably through the the person he was cybering with as well.

I know nothing about guns and all those shot sounds mean nothing to me that I could use to come to any kind of conclusion on what happened.

However....based on what we know, this man spending the money to hire a lawyer to turn the tape over....is probably not just looking for 15 minutes of fame...unless he's looking for a job in porn or in to voyeurism....So I think it would be premature to shoot the messenger on this....at least not until the audio is proven a fake....and my read is that it doesn't appear to be a fake....

LMAO..you think he hired that lawyer? Really? You think that tape is useful as "evidence"?

ahhh..youth..
Like I said....I don't know if the audio on the gun shots can tell anyone anything, at all? I am more than retarded when it comes to guns....if my husband was not at work or my father were around, they could probably have an opinion....but I would be foolish to espouse one....

Yes, as it stands now, and what we do know, I do think the audio can Easily be verified....and could be used as evidence if it does determine something of importance for either side.

That's nice.
Here's how the real world works.
He shopped that audio around until he could find a publicity hungry, desperate for attention (pro bono) lawyer who wanted to get involved in a national story this big while pretending to have some crucial "evidence".
Ya the lawyer 'Lopa The Dopa' told O'Donnel she was "a big fan of his show". That ought to have tipped off some more sentient viewers.

The FBI should be able to confirm this audio is a fake or not, pretty quickly....so we'll know soon enough.

The Lopa Dopa CNN commentary for the sentient is just.....just silly, and truly doesn't accomplish anything but a little bit of humor...

for the truly sentient, the FBI results will give us some answers on authenticity.
