Well what to do?
If you are against it you are a racist for not wanting people who don't have money to own homes.
If it fails...again the left will blame it on Bush and the low information types will buy into it.

So my bet is it will probably happen again.

Isn't multiculturalism great? Every damn principle you hold dear has to be thrown under the bus to make multiculturalism work. Need good credit to get a loan? Not if you're black or Hispanic.
