The FBI claimed the 73yo activist “used force and physical obstruction to injure, intimidate, and interfere with employees of the clinic and a patient who was seeking reproductive health services"

Two things.

First, the FACE Act is on its face unconstitutional as it infringes on the First Amendment Rights of peaceful protesters.

Second, now that 'Roe' has been overturned and abortion returned to where it always belonged, that is the with the states. Thus the FACE Act has no valid reason to exist making it void, even if for some reason it didn't violate the First Amendment.
