Interesting article here, showing how the FBI does not record interviews, they take notes, which are not transcripts, and then type a memo later, much later in some cases, and then base the whole lying to Federal Agents charges based upon their recollections.

To say there are problems with this technique in the 20th Century is obvious, but to maintain it stubbornly in the 21st Century is ludicrous.
The only thing you should say to a Federal Agent, ever, is this. I refuse to answer any questions without a lawyer present.
