but how? is the front row that poorly constructed? now we have to worry about kids falling off. this kind of fall tends to happen in zoos and rock concerts.

The slant in the upper deck seating at Turner Field is pretty steep. I sat up there one time. I kept feeling like I was going to fall off. I am surprised that it hasn't happened before now.

^^^ Neyland stadium was like that the day that Kenny Chesney played there in 2003. My seat was up there in a high area of the place.
