There are several laws that make it a criminal offense knowingly to reveal or mishandle classified information. The main one, 18 USC 1924 reads:

Clinton also has to worry about government rules for handling secrets. In December 2009, President Obama signed Executive Order 13526, which renewed the long-running rules for classifying information and the penalties for revealing it.
Under that order, agency heads like Clinton are responsible for keeping secrets safe throughout their departments. And all officers of the government can be suspended, fired or have their security clearance revoked if they “knowingly, willfully, or negligently” disclosed secrets or broke the rules in any other way.

The other thing that you are so in the dark about, as to why Clinton, along with Bush, Rice, Cole, and Ivanka are not in trouble for, is the fact that the U.S. government itself has never gotten a full handle on email security, evidenced by the hacking into the election. Security with email has been a several decade long ongoing operation for which no one has total control over. So, by using Clinton as a punching bag, as long as you decide to do it, will never really yield any results. Everyone has been and is still vulnerable to attack. The fact that Clinton and the departments before her haven't been fully reinforced with all the protective measures, is not a testament to their criminality. It's the fault of none of us knowing it's full vulnerability.
In the beginning, when Clinton set up her server, she wasn't hiding anything. She, like many before her, thought she was protected. And, she let them know what she was doing. Clearly it is based on an inability to either substantiate a defense for the criminal, or to articulate an actual response to a cogent post.

The FBI already investigated this and found that no prosecutor would bring charges.
Trump's IG investigated the FBI investigation into the matter and found that their conclusions were based in law and precedent.
Why would I ignore either.....because you pretend that you know better?
