Anti gun senator Ted Kennedy's privately employed bodyguard was arrested trying to enter the Senate Office building with several unregistered concealed fully automatic weapons. Teddy managed to squash the charges.

Mayor Bloomie petitioned the government of Bermuda to allow two of his bodyguards to carry loaded weapons during a visit. The police on Bermuda don't even carry weapons.
