'Ex-sceptic says climate change is down to humans'

I think at times it is important for all of us to step back from certain and issues and maybe come at them again from a new angle. We are all committed to what we believe - but sometimes that prevents us from really coming to understand issues.

At the time you start arguing that conservatives are supporting Marxism, you are lost.

You are having to twist reality to fit with a theory that you yourself realise simply does not stand up to reason.

You will never convince anyone with that kind of reasoning.

If that is your interpretatyion of what I said then your English comprehension skills leave a great deal to be desired. I suggest you go bone up on the language.

I'm more than happy to put my language skills to the test against yours. As a journalist, I'm fairly confidant that my language skills can cope.

If you'd like to post something else explaining how conservative politicians are parties the world over are promoting marxism, or perhaps backing up your claim that left wing environmentalists promote extreme right wing policies, then by all means do so, and I'll be happy to read and respond to it.

Let's all admit that the arctic sea ice is decreasing. 4 million sq miles in 33 years is impressive. :(

I won't go any further. Imagine what would happen with another 2-3c of warming. O'crap! I could see the Antarctic falling into the ocean within 300-500 years. Maybe I'm being extreme, but o'hay.

This is one hell of a cycle if that is what it is.

Well, now you have just labeled yourself a 'Watermelen' by Walleyes and Flatulance's standards. Admitting that reality exists is the sign of a Marxist, you know:badgrin:

That warming you mention is already in the pipeline, it is unavoidable. And the effects, particularly on the Arctic Clathrates, and down the line, the Clathrates in the Antarctic, will decide how rapidly and severe the consequnces will take place, and how severe they will be.

If you watched Professor Jennifer Francis's lecture, you can see that the meteorologists are getting a handle on the interaction of the atmosphere and the ice. And the predictions from the understanding do not predict benign results.

You Fabian Socialists are all the same. You try and make everyone believe that ultra right wing and ultra left wing are different. They're not, they are the same just using a different name. Politics are a teeter totter, the left is collectivist, the right is individualist.
Those are the only two types of government there are no matter how hard you try and make it not so.

I am not surprised that you are a journalist, you and yours have screwed up more people than any single occupation I can think of. Well lawyers are pretty close. It's a shame you folks abandoned ethics and ethical behavior so long ago in the pursuit of "progreSS".

How many have to die for your goals before you are satisfied?

Well, I'll admit that satellite data started 30 years ago when the ice was at a maximum. Since then the ice decreased to the present time, now it is beginning to go back up again.
That make you happy?:D

Honestly, why do you post nonsense like this....you can't possibly believe it.

Where do you see it "going back up again"?
