Apparently, while was in office as Govenor, he took bribes for "official favors" from Healthsouth's CEO. The sad thing about this is that he actually has a shot at winning the Democrat nomination, while under indictment. He could actually win the nod in June.

He has already been acquitted once, when the Judge threw out the prosecution's case with prejudice. He says it's a GOP conspiracy.
