Since partisan ideologues -- especially media personalities who have a vested professional & financial interest in keeping the opposite sides angry at each other -- routinely provide only one slanted side of the story, pointing out their weaknesses and faults is like shootin' fish in a barrel.
We'd certainly be better off without these people, as they're clearly instrumental in making a bad situation worse. But they make too much money playing this dishonest game to leave it. So all we can hope for is that they're marginalized at some point. Here's hoping, but I'm certainly not holding my breath.
