If so whats the beef? "Underrepresented" means women and well, everyone else so thats pushing 70-75%. Their stories BETTER reflect their market or they are breaching their duties to the shareholders.

If the hiring practices that were posted are real, then Disney is breaking all sorts of laws and should be punished for that.
