The EPA is guilty of all three. The EPA does evil, speaks evil, and hears evil from the United Nations.
The government’s media are the three monkeys.
Let’s start with:
Class warfare is about to get larger and more confusing – environmental justice will take the stage next to social justice. Executive Order 12898 signed on February 11, 1994 by President Bill Clinton set out to address environmental justice concerns in minority and low-income populations by requiring federal agencies to do the following:
∙ Develop an “environmental justice strategy”
Environmental Justice (EJ) will be further pandering to low-income voters, redistribution of wealth, control of natural resources, economic activity, land, and water use, a furthering of UN Agenda 21 goals

Environmental Justice
Note that the Clintons took office in January 1993 —— shortly after the Soviet Union imploded. A year later the co-presidency zeroed in on EJ (environmental justice). That was when Communists the world over found a new home in the so-called environmental movement. The beauty of it all from the Democrat party’s perspective is that their pals in Communist countries did not have to do a damn thing. Hell, they didn’t have to implement the same environmental standards the UN’s EPA was forcing on American industries.
Thank the environmental movement
Few Americans realize the Socialist/Communist agenda enjoyed more success tearing down this country from within after the Soviet Union imploded. Prior to the implosion Democrats could only dream about such success.
Proof: Congressional Democrats are running into stiff resistence with open borders, amnesty for illegals, abolishing the Second Amendment, welfare state spending, funding abortions with tax dollars, undermining the US military, and so on, while they are enjoying near complete success with their environmental frauds.
Maybe it will change if the things in Jim O'Sullivan’s article gets a lot of coverage on the NET.
Upon closer inspection the EPA like the GSA and other Obama administration agencies, demonstrates a lack of managerial/administrative control. It also exhibited a culture of obfuscation, malfeasance and corruption that did not blossom overnight. And like other Obama scandals, the mainstream media has again decided to cover it with their much practiced three monkey act.
Admittedly, every federal bureaucracy is corrupt while none come close to the EPA’s 95 percent agenda-success rate.
This next one is where the rubber meets the road:
Other federal agencies, not just the EPA, have exhibited this general penchant for ignoring Congress, the courts, the law and the American people. This systemic and widespread disregard suggests the approval of a higher governmental authority...the office of the President.
Corruption barely scratches the surface at the EPA. I can’t think of one other federal bureaucracy that is as anti-America as is the EPA. If any bureaucracy you’d care to name was as overtly anti-America as is the EPA it would have been shutdown a long time ago. The Department of Education exists to plant socialism in the minds of children. As bad as the ED is it cannot challenge the EPA’s place at the top of the anti-America list.
Read this next excerpt in terms of the benefits it bestows on foreign governments:
Lisa Jackson, who is departing the EPA, stated in November of 2011 that,
"...What EPA's role is to do is to level the playing field so that pollution costs are not exported to the population but rather companies have to look at pollution potential of any fuel or any process or any plant or utility when their making investment decisions."
Simply translated Ms. Jackson makes clear that her job and the EPA's are to hurt companies/industries that produce energy counter to the wishes of the Obama administration (and the left's agenda).
I plead guilty to the charge of “Piling on” with this next one:
Ms. Jackson also demonstrates a very low economic IQ, since higher costs incurred by energy companies will be passed to end users/consumers.
Ordinarily, I would assume Ms. Jackson was engaging in doublespeak. Or maybe I just can’t face the fact that she is so dumb she simply does not know that businesses of every stripe pass government mandated costs on to the consumers.
NOTE: Reports that EPA-mandated E15 damages engines is a cost the EPA alone is responsible for. No middleman here:
Showing how the EPA is driving up prices to benefit countries like China might just be enough to start a revolt against environmental frauds. Higher prices is one thing Americans know about.
Finally:
The Plan EJ 2014 has three goals:
1. To protect the environment and health in communities overburdened by pollution
2. To empower communities to take action to improve their health and environment
3. To establish partnerships with local, state, tribal, federal governments, and organizations to achieve healthy and sustainable communities.
The third goal is very worrisome as it expands the EPA’s control over our lives in order to achieve the UN Agenda 21’s goal of sustainable communities. It is unclear how they are going to measure scientifically which communities are “overburdened by pollution” or how income correlates to air, water, or soil pollution intake by people with lower incomes since we all breathe the same air, eat food grown from the same soil, and drink water from the same sources. As this is a social movement invented by the leftist and Marxist elements in our society, aided by the interests of UN Agenda 21, it hardly represents a scientific endeavor.
That last one is a no-brainer. Population control goals will measure who will be allowed to eat, drink, and breathe.
