is protected by the city while the person he attacked is driven away.

Life in a leftist hell hole. Not everyone suffers there but when your rights are put up against some street drug infested street vermin he will likely come out on top...unless you are one of the Pelosis or Levi Strauss heirs. But they have guards and walls and guns.
