Biden invited it, now he gets to deal with his own stupidity!

Not since 1975 — when a famous tabloid headline read, “Ford to New York: Drop Dead” — have New York City’s finances and politics weighed so heavily on national consciousness.

Just as the city’s looming bankruptcy threatened President Gerald Ford’s reelection in 1976, unfettered immigration and rising crime are now imperiling President Biden’s chances at a second term.

Since Joe can't tilt the narrative their way, democrats at the state level are going to need to find a way to do it if they want there not to be even more red states, counties, and towns on the map. Not impossible, but improbable.

Biden has wrecked cities from coast to coast. NYC is about to lose it's title to Portland, OR which is now the 2nd highest taxed city in the country, yet it's a complete drug/illegal sanctuary city disaster.
Having the longest period of low unemployment since 1969 has wrecked the cities. Got it. Yes, taxes are higher in places where people have things than they are in Oklahoma. Is that Breaking News?

LMAO your FAKE NEWS unemployment numbers are nothing to brag about fool. Portland has the 2nd highest taxes in the country, yet it's a festering shithole. The governor just declared an emergency. Come closer...OH SNAP!

Typically, Republicans are politically stupid. But this move was brilliant. Transporting rapists and terrorists straight into the blue "sanctuary" shitholes is one of the smartest things they've ever done.

Scorched earth in the ghettos. Don't stop, until the border is closed. Burn those mother fuckers to the ground.

And we get to watch from a safe distance. :laughing0301:

I grew up in OKC and sales tax was ten cents on the dollar in 1984. I live by Noel, Mo, and sales tax is eight percent.

Since when do employed people give a flying fuck about our unemployment numbers? People will get mad when unemployment is high, but no one gives a shit about low unemployment. Voters care about crime and the price of goods.

Just having a job isn’t enough.

Low unemployment means that workers can either push for higher wages or go find a better job

They ain’t stupid… much as you pretend they are

I can remember when they thought cities like NYC were finished during the 1980s, yet they survived and will survive.

I am upset about the price of hookers.

No one gives a shit about unemployment when they are employed. Do you see a poll ANYWHERE that puts "unemployment" as one of the most important campaign issues? Lets get a link. :dunno:

What nonsense. Of course people are happy when the unemployment is low. As explained above.

You can ignore it if you want to but that doesn’t mean shit
