Canvassing covers a lot of things and there are variations on what canvassing covers. It may be beyond your understanding. Focusing on one aspect and then giving up may be your problem.

I am referring to vote canvassing when votes are submit.

how can vote canvassing be effective if it doesn't verify the voter name on the ballot as a person who is eligible and registered tt vote.

Mail in ballots are not checked against the signatures on file. That is our claim. You have no evidence this was done in the precincts that were challenged. In the Arizona Govenor's race, that was challenged in court and the judge was a dick about it. As were the 60 judges in the 2020 elections. The claims were signatures didn't match.
