Those are two different types of "4D". 4D "spacetime" means 3 spatial dimensions and time. "Spacetime" is not "the fourth dimension",in this or any other model.

And when you say people draw how 3D objects look in 4D, that was nonsensical. For one, you are now describing 4 SPATIAL dimensions, which is a different one than "4D spacetime", as described above.

Furthermore, I think you mean to talk about , for instance, how a 4-dimensional hypercube appears to someone who can only sense 3 dimensions. As we can only sense 3 dimensions, nobody is drawing how anything looks in 4 dimensions. What they are drawing is a 3 dimensional cross section of a 4 dimensional object.

As for stars, I know they popped into existence from Genesis on day 4. They continue to pop into existence today or else we would not see them as space expands. Our telescopes would show empty space. Your big bang and cosmic inflation doesn't explain how this could happen.
