A legitimate inquiry would have interviewed her, under oath at the beginning of the investigation in order to subsequently determine the veracity of her statements. This is why Comey deliberately ignored her statements (under oath) to Congress, based on the lame excuse that he hadn't been asked to look at them. What other limits were placed on his "investigation" and by whom? Aren't you interested in knowing the truth?

1. one of her Lawyer staff that deleted emails, did so in a manner that made it more difficult for the fbi to recover from the dump file, and some of the Lawyer staff did not delete them in that manner and they were easy to recover from the dump file is what he said. He also said that fragments of these emails from the lawyer that deleted them more thoroughly, were in the server's dump files and they were able to recover thousands of them in full by going to the email records of the people she had emailed with, to recover them in full.... and nothing nefarious or implicating they were deleted to hide anything, was in them.

As to why some who deleted her personal emails were more thorough than the others shows there was no instructions for these lawyers to delete them in a manner that erased them completely...it just showed some lawyers were taught one way of deleting while other lawyers were taught another way or not taught in their life, at all on how to remove emails, except to simply delete them.

2. When they interviewed her, they ALREADY HAD COMPLETED the investigation they already interviewed all of the staff that were a part of this, and ALREADY KNEW she had not broken the espionage act law... and already knew they had nothing to charge her with. We were told through a leak, 3 weeks earlier that there would be no charges brought against her....threads on this very site, were posted at the time.

And it was still against the law to lie to the FBI, whether under oath or not. I'm certain the FBI questions were just a formality to close the case, but if she did begin to lie, they certainly would have started the tape recorders.
