He is afraid to directly address the topic for fear that it will be easy for any con to present evidence that he is completely wrong.

Berkeley is against Free Speech. The administration and local police have tacitly worked with the violent fascist street thugs, antifa, to use violence to prevent Americans from speaking.

I doubt you've never left the trailer park, and suspect you've never been to CA, Berkeley or San Francisco. Tell me, where is Sather Gate and what is Sproul Plaza?

Whoa, dude, those are hard. I might have to go to Moe's Books to find a map!

Good luck dipshit, it's closed.

So where are grads of UC going to get jobs? Nobody in their right mind wants to hire idiots who major in topic such as "Transgender armpit hair analysis", or "Social issues that affect Unicorns"

Oh wait....if they run to Seattle they can make $15.00 an hour !!!!

Learn to read Adam Henry, he called my school a POS.

Because it is a shithole.

Gee, how clever! ^^^ You must have matriculated at a community college, and failed to past the prerequisite to take Eng. 1 or 1A or 101.

That's OK. It appears you failed basic English. Pot, meet kettle....

More ignoring the topic at hand.

Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive....and Dodge.

We describe his behavior, and then he does it more.

He has to know that he is not addressing the actual point.

How can he actively dodge the point, without realizing that that means that he knows he can't defend his position?

It's not easy to defend the illiberal leftist authoritarianism that has so infected our colleges.

They know what they're doing, and they're trying to solidify it so that defending it ultimately won't be necessary.

It's easier to just deploy the standard deflect/pivot/attack approach. For now.

He's just an elitist asshat.

Beauregard Sessions again meddling where he has no business?

While the DOJ’s statement of interest does not mean that it is taking an official stance on the merits of the case, it does mean that the department will monitor the situation from afar with broad authority.

The Keebler Elf can go F himself

1. Your bigotry against the poor is noted and held against you, hater.

2. I have read and watched what has been going on in Berkeley over the last several years. My opinion is based on what I have seen reported on it.

3. Your pretense that I have to have personally visited the site is based on the unstated premise that communication of information does not work.

That is an utterly dishonest premise.

4. But I understand. You know that the actual actions and positions of Berkeley over the last few years are completely indefensible and that the accusations are clearly and obviously true.

Thus, some form of dishonesty was your only hope to avoid admitting that.

You've watched? Likely Fox News.

I went to CAL for Four years, two after high school (65-67), and two after separating from active duty with the Navy (67, 68 & 69). You watched TV! Get a life you lying piece of shit.

So, your defense against my point, is that only personal experience and first hand observation is a valid method of reaching a conclusion.

So. Lets go with that.

My first question to prove that you don't believe that crap.

Have you ever read a non-fiction book and if so, why if you can't learn except from personal experience and first hand observation?

My second question.

Did you attend any formal schools and if so, why if you can't learn except from personal experience and first hand observation?
