It is not dishonest at all. The DOJ is suing SpaceX for not hiring refugees and asylees while the DOJ's own qualifications state that only US citizens are hired. There's no difference in that except for the DOJ's double standard.

Well you made the part about "illegal alien" up. Since these are asylum seekers, and refugees, who after a waiting period can apply for a work permit, and become legal to work in the US within 6 months of arrival.

These people have work permits.
