    Does this really suprise anyone?

More restaurants are targeting customers who use food stamps

Here we are trying to end wellfare and get people working and big corporations are lobbying to get their hands on some government money.

When we remove all of the wellfare to what ever amount that comes to, say a billion dollars. That is money businesses will no longer get, so they will either shut down, raise prices, or do anything but take a loss. So we the consumer will benefit by higher prices on everything. Food, Utilities, for examples.

I don't think it should be allowed.

It is currently not allowed in KY to purchase any prepared food with food stamps.
However the restaurants are lobbying to get that changed.
In my opinion food stamps should not even be used to purchase pop and such.
It was origionally that way here in KY but past lobbying efforts paid of for the soft drink industry and such.
