The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has unsealed several documents in the Michael Flynn case following the government's representation that "that there no longer exists a compelling government interest to seal certain information in those records." The documents include an addendum to the government's sentencing memorandum, a memo recording an unidentified individual's communications with Flynn in January 2017, and an interview by the special counsel's office of Peter Strzok. Versions of the documents with more redactions were previously available from the government's public filings regarding Flynn's sentencing (see here and here). All three documents are available

US District Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered portions of Mueller’s unredacted report to be released to the public. "Flynn is still awaiting sentencing after being harassed by Mueller and Obama’s corrupt officials for the past years." Its beginning to look more and more like Flynn was the one lied to, by FBI agents with no hint of impartiality who were violating their sworn oaths with each breath... LT Gen Flynn was illegally surveilled and unmasked, now it is to be released.
What does Judge Sullivan know about the redacted information that he wants the public to see?

Just imagine, the judge ordered that any part that dealt with FLynn had to be released by the end of the month. And the new report with all the unread redactions had to be published to the public. To Everyone.
Apparently part of it is a recording through the telephone and transcripts say that trumps personal lawyer‘s possibly attempted to influence Flynn. And Flynn is cooperating. They might have some ‘splainin’ to do.

What does Judge Sullivan know about the redacted information that he wants the public to see?

This looks like Judge Sullivan is about to toss the conviction for cause. If the documents reveal the unlawful surveillance of Flynn and that Flynn was unlawfully entrapped, this could be a very bad day for Democrats and the Mueller Probe in general... If he deams this poisonous root of the tree, the whole Mueller probe could be questioned in its legality from the start.

Releasing the documents, on which you are making this decision to toss the conviction, is the step you take before you do it. This places your reasoning out for all to see and there is no speculation about it.

Schiff, Nadler, Pelosie and the rest would go insane as they will no longer have legal basis for further/continued investigations.. And all of their "evidence" will be garbage as far as any court is concerned.

Come to think of it, Sullivan was talking with Horowitz and Barr about the FISA warrants that obtained most of the information used to trap Flynn. With Barr now looking at criminal indictments and a prosecutor assigned to place them all bets are off. The Grand Jury has been empaneled for over 6 weeks already and the two are intricately tied together with Flynn's case. This could very well be just the beginning of the total collapse of the deep-state democrat Coup..

The wood for the bon fire is all stacked up and gas has been poured, I'm betting it is Sullivan who throws the match.

If the conviction is tossed, the prosecutors are in deep shit. They will get the anal inspection they gave others and it will not be pleasant.
