Do you pray for the President?

I pray for all political leaders local and national.

regardless of party affiliation I believe I would like (personally) both bushes, clinton and obama

as an atheist I do not pray

I don't think Bush II was a good prez, but he's someone I could definitely kick it with at a baseball game--as long as he bought the $7 beers.




About the OP, I don't pray for or against anything.

Laura Bush wouldn't be too happy with you. Bush II is an alcoholic.

Naah..........he's only an alcoholic in the US. Saw footage of him in Germany drinking beer with the other bigwigs.

A woman told me that she prayed for him and his wife every day. She said that she prayed they would be visited by Christ, and that they would know His love of all people, and to know that were really not "dieties".
I do pray that the Lord visits them and slaps them with reality, and wisdom.
I pray for our troops and other politicians as well.

When Christ was in a house and those that would have healing could not get to Him, they tore a hole in the roof and lowered "their friend" to Christ. Christ healed the "friend" not because of the healed person's faith, but because of the faith of "his friends". Prayer helps.
