I did. Turns out there was a period during the late 1960s where they only gave one. You need two to be fully immunized. They also changed the formulation after 1967, so if you got yours before that it might be a good idea to ask your Dr.

I got the disease itself, in 1963, so I should be good to go. In fact I got the mumps as well as the chicken pox, not to mention both varieties of measles, 3 day and 9 day.
