Years ago many employers started providing training on sexual harassment in the workplace and yet sexual harassment incidents in the workplace actually increased afterwards. As usual, the left think that words matter when, in reality, they don't. It just makes them feel better, even when the end result is a big fat goose egg.

I have experienced Diversity Training firsthand.
It was full of cringy Left-Wing stereotyping of oppressors and their victims.
It demonized people.
It spreads hate.
DEI has a great risk of creating a hostile work environment.
