The practical solution is to kick Greece out of the European Union. Of course, after you do that, you eventually have to kick Portugal, Spain, Ireland and Italy out, too as they are far too dangerous to hold on to.

Yes, they won't be able to follow the fiscal rules and should be booted out. The mistake of course was letting them into the Union in the first place. Free riders tend to ruin everything.
