One of the big "holes" in the Constitution is the omission of any provision for the Courts to evaluate new legislation to determine whether it conforms to the Constitution. Democrats can pass this bullshit and it will be in effect for years before any challenge can even make it to the USSC. It sucks.

Some of the blame should fall on the GOP for not challenging the bullshit stuff, and part of the blame should fall on the voters for not voting out the bullshitters and also the cowards on both sides that let them get away with it. And yet another part of the blame should go to the media for not reporting the bullshit as bullshit before it passes. It's like the balance budget amendment stuff, if we held our representatives in Congress accountable for wasting our tax dollars then we wouldn't have a national debt that is fast approaching $30 trillion, not counting the unfunded liabilities.

C'mon man, every time there is a bill that spends money the democrats ALWAYS want to spend more than the repubs do. Every time, and too often it's to create another gov't agency or program that grows the size of gov't. To deny that is to deny reality.

Yes, and those 2 programs waste a shit-ton of money too. You can spin it any which way you want, but the truth is that when it comes to wasting money the democrats are way worse then the GOP. They ALWAYS want to spend more than the GOP, every fucking time. And it is simple logic that the more money the gov't spends, the more gets wasted or fraudulently obtained. The Left wants to blame Trump for the deficits under his term in office, but those deficits wouldn't have been nearly as much if the democrats hadn't forced more spending than he and the GOP wanted.
