Is this what the Democrats have been reduced to? As almost everyone longs for the end of the Obama Presidency, Hillary is desperately trying to maintain the credibility of her candidacy by implying that Bill would be an unofficial co-President. Meanwhile, pretend candidate Bernie Sanders continues to act as her foil against criticism and allows her to portray herself as a moderate to uninformed voters. (Don't worry, Bernie and his supporters will enthusiastically back her once she is nominated.)

Thus the Democrats' dismal game plan will be to maintain their hold on minorities and special interests by trying to convince them that the GOP nominee will be even worse than Obama, while Hillary wouldn't be quite as bad (plus she's a woman!). That this strategy just might work is a sad commentary on our political system.

Hillary could actually be worse than Obama, amazing as that might seem.
