Dear GOP, a Christmas Message from One of America's Average Citizens

Hey lefties, explain why 85% of the military in the most recent poll, said they hate Obama's guts. Also, take a real close look at dean's photo up there. I have no idea of the locale, but it serves as a paradigm of the paranoia this president lives with. Note that this military unit doesn't have a bullet to distribute amongst the bunch of them.

Obama is the first president in history to insist that military units he meets for photo ops must be disarmed. That doesn't only apply in the US, it applies in war zones as well. He disarmed an entire regiment in Afghanistan that could have come under fire at any second. Why do you support this paranoid lunatic? He hates the US military and his seething hatred for America is obvious to a blind man.

Listen to this ignoramous Dante using Jimmy Stewart reciting a screen play as some sort of stalwart icon of the left. Hey moron, movies are fantasy. The reality? Jimmy Stewart was a GENERAL in the 8th Air Force who flew his B-17 on 45 missions over Germany. He loved America and he was ready to die for America, unlike all you degenerate cowards who hate this country and can't see it's destruction soon enough.
US Soldiers look just a weee bit different today than they did in 1944, don't cha think?

We can easily guess from the picture why Republicans keep trying to screw them over.

You're full of shit as usual. While you democrat rednecks were busy stringing black men up from trees, the US military was busy integrating the armed forces from 1944 onward. The military was the first US government institution to integrate. Of course military-hating, race-baiting, self-loathing faggots like you wouldn't know about things like that, would you dean?
Of course you are praising Harry Truman (D) for intigrating the military in 1946, not 1944. And with such praise for intigrating the military, you should also praise Barack Obama (D) for further intigrating homosexuals into the military.

The real villian...George's brother....

George Bailey s Younger Brother is the Real Villain in It s A Wonderful Life - Breitbart

From a young age Harry seems to conspire to keep George (Jimmy Stewart) pinned down in Bedford Falls, freeing him to fulfill his own dreams while leaving his older brother’s aspirations in a broken heap. As a child he falls through the ice compelling George to jump into the freezing water to save him and lose hearing in one ear for his heroics.

Later, after their father dies suddenly, a deal is struck whereby George surrenders his college money to Harry. The idea is that when Harry graduates he’ll come back and take over the family business, freeing George to once and for all leave Bedford Falls behind. For four years George stays shackled to their father’s Bailey Building & Loan, a small and wholly unfulfilling enterprise he despises, all the while counting down the days of Harry’s return while planning his future travels abroad.

But when the big day comes what does slippery Harry do? After letting his brother sacrifice his best years to honor the deal, Harry comes home and announces: “Meet the wife!” Whuuuh? No wedding? Why not even a telegram? There’s a reason for Harry’s secrecy of course. George learns through Harry’s new bride that he’s already lined up a sweet job with her father’s company. In a brazen demonstration of sleaziness, Harry pulls George aside and says all guilt-ridden: “You’ve been holding the bag here for four years…and, well, I won’t let you down, George. I would like to talk—” Whamo! The older Bailey’s face reveals a man whose soul is ripped out and splattered onto the floor. Great brother, huh? He springs a heretofore unknown wife on an unsuspecting George and uses her presence to renege on their deal after four years of expectations that his purgatory was at an end. George reluctantly stays at the Bailey B &L. Harry, with his his degree in hand (the one originally intended for George remember) is free to move onward and upward and live a wonderful life.

And the feds crush George Bailey...thanks democrats....

Where Have You Gone George Bailey National Review Online

Today, thousands of George Baileys around the country — men and women who run community banks — are battling a new and more insipid villain: their own government. And they are losing.

Small banks, saddled with the extra costs of legal compliance from Dodd-Frank and other new regulations designed to protect us from another banking crisis, are disappearing. According to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., there were 6,812 banks in America at the end of 2012, down from 8,534 at the end of 2007.
Take Wesley Sturges, chief executive officer at Bank of Commerce, a Charlotte, N.C., bank with $129 million in assets. Regulatory costs drove him to sell a much larger North Carolina bank with $1.6 billion in assets.

Though his bank generated just $441,000 in net income last year, he was compelled to increase spending on internal staff and outside consultants — lawyers and auditors, mostly — to deal with all of the added regulatory burdens stemming from the financial crisis. Those burdens were heaped on top of the mountain of regulations that already existed for small banks, ranging from credit reporting to anti-bribery laws. “It’s across the board,” Sturges told the Wall Street Journal in early April. “When you only have 20 employees, any increase is a lot,” he said.

Take Robert Rupel, CEO of Team Capital Bank of Bethlehem, Pa., whose bank recently agreed to be acquired by a larger New Jersey bank. He told the Wall Street Journal earlier this month that his key people are spending more time trying to comply with regulatory burdens than they are making loans.

The military was the first US government institution to integrate. Of course military-hating, race-baiting, self-loathing faggots like you wouldn't know about things like that, would you dean?

Only, that's not what happened. In fact, the vast majority of the US Military top brass, every single one of them white, was AGAINST desegregation. And it didn't happen in 1944. It happened in 1948, per Executive Order of Harry S. Truman, a Democrat:

Executive Order 9981 - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the President that there shall be equality of treatment and opportunity for all persons in the armed services without regard to race, color, religion or national origin. This policy shall be put into effect as rapidly as possible, having due regard to the time required to effectuate any necessary changes without impairing efficiency or morale.

Signed July 26th, 1948.

This was an expansion of EO 8802 (FDR, 1941), this time aimed specifically at the Armed Forces, since the military top-brass used the wording of 8802 as loopholes to get around it's actual intent and since we were in the middle of a war, there were other concerns at that moment.

More background history:

In April 1941 the US Navy convened its General Board to discuss expansion of the USMC. Major General Thomas Holcomb, Commandant of the Marines, who lived in Delaware and Washington, DC in his early years and attended private schools, said that African Americans had no right to serve as Marines. He said, "If it were a question of having a Marine Corps of 5,000 whites or 250,000 Negroes, I would rather have the whites."[10]

In 1941, civil rights activists Bayard Rustin, A. Philip Randolph, and A. J. Muste pushed Roosevelt to order fair employment for blacks in the federal government. The activists threatened to march on Washington, DC, in July 1941, and Roosevelt intended to prevent such a public relations disaster for his presidency. On June 25, 1941, Roosevelt issued Executive Order 8802; the elimination of racial discrimination from federal departments, agencies, the military, and from private defense contractors. The black activists cancelled their planned march.

Directed by Roosevelt and US Navy Secretary Frank Knox to accept black recruits, Holcomb proposed a separate battalion of African Americans, a seacoastdefense battalion armed with anti-aircraft and anti-shipping artillery. To make this battalion self-supporting, Holcomb determined that it would contain a rifle company, special weapons platoons, and a light tank platoon—all manned by black Marines.

In other words, Holcombe was unwilling to actually follow EO 8802 and deliberately created a new segregated regiment.

It was a DEMOCRAT who brought desegregation to the US Military.

And as a side- note: if you want to be taken even remotely seriously, you might want to consider a.) not lying and b.) not calling everyone who disagrees with you a "self-loathing faggot".

I graciously accept your concession.
:ack-1: That had to leave a mark :(
