CNN did a report of the 10 most likely Senate seats to flip in 2024. Here's their list. The majority of elections have gone blue the last six years.
The abortion issue is always a Democratic hammer in the elections.
The blue will take the House, keep the Senate, and right now who knows about the Presidency.
1) West Virginia - Joe Manchin (D) retiring
2) Jon Tester - Montana (D)
3) Sharrod Brown - Ohio (D)
4) Bob Casey - Pennsylvania (D)
5) Kyrsten Sinema - Arizona (I) retiring
6) Jacky Rosen - Nevada (D)
7) Tammy Baldwin - Wisconsin (D)
8) Debbie Stabenow - Michigan (D) retiring
9) Ted Cruz (R)
10) Rick Scott (R)
Manchin is retiring in West Virginia. Hard to see another democrat or will caucus with the democrats winning that seat in November. Sinema is retiring in Arizona. Stabenow is retiring in Michigan. Doesn't help matters when, according to Real Clear Politics, Trump is ahead in polling in all three states. It wouldn't be too hard of a scenario that the people who vote for Trump will also vote for the down ballot republican candidates as well. Democrats have 51-49 advantage at the moment. If the republicans win just West Virginia and Arizona and hold on to the rest of the states where a republican holds a Senate seat, that's enough to flip the Senate.
