When is it lawful to enter someone's apartment and kill them and claim it was a mistake.

It’s a rarity when police officers are afforded the same criminal justice process as the rest of us. When it does happen... It’s a result of the system trying to distance itself from that officers actions, and the subsequent fallout.

I thought Zimmerman was guilty of manslaughter, but he got off--he's not a cop

I'm willing to split it on this one.

Cops on duty screw up some times just like most of us do at work.

When we screw up too many of this or that gets ordered, the server goes down, a schedule is done wrong, a customer gets mad.

When a cop screws up....

What's worse is I don't know how to take that into consideration. It isa thing though. Maybe in the case of folks reaching for things and a cop shooting too quick I'm more forgiving. That said, you still have to hang evil cops.
