Bragg at least converts his criminals' Felony charges to misdemeanors and gives a half-ass attempt to prosecute the felons he does take to court.
Gardner, nor anyone from her office, did not even bother to show up for a murder trial she was responsible for prosecuting.

'The man charged in the crash with assault, armed criminal action, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, was out on bond awaiting trial for a separate armed robbery case despite violating the terms of his bond several dozen times.'
'Gardner argued her office tried to put the suspect back in jail but a judge denied their request.'
Yeah...according to official records ... or rather a LACK of records ... Gardner LIED about trying to put the jan back in prison:
"There are no court records of her office, which is responsible for monitoring compliance with bond conditions and revoking them when those terms are violated, asking for Riley's bond to be revoked, according to local reports."
