Can you articulate how this is a good decision? Specifically, how it benefits women which is who the division of sports between men and women was supposed to benefit in the first place. We didn't separate males and females when it comes to sports because the men couldn't compete with the women.

Actually I believe everyone has rights and no one's rights should be hinged on the prejudice of others. Freedom doesn't work that way, never had.

Then why are you forcing women to compete against men for college athletic scholarships, sponsorships, rankings, and places on sports teams?

Sports scholarships are historically an important way for disadvantaged women to go to college and get jobs. You're denying them that by forcing them to compete against stronger men.

What's the requirement to "change gender" in Ct for HS sports? Id be willing to bet that it's just saying that you're the other gender. But that's not the point. The plaintiffs in the case arent saying that's what happened, only that the policy of letting boys compete in girls events robbed them of opportunities, to include college scholarships. To be fair it's likely the law thats bad more than the court ruling.
