I don't believe death penalty is really useful so maybe no country should have this kind of punishment but I don't understand why some countries and even some states in the US have death penalty but they don't execute...
Sad to say but without executions this penalty has no deterrent effects

I think the point is not money but cruelty (some say all these drugs are very painful for those who are executed)

I could be wrong on this, might be another case, but I believe there's one among this group who's ready to go so to speak. So can the court find a path to execution for him while still maintaining the blanket injunction. Or would that throw a wrench in the works.

I never understood why states moved away from simple rifles. Two or three 30-06 rounds through the chest at short range will most certainly do the trick quickly and painlessly. Personally, I'd choose that over drugs in a heartbeat, pun intended!
