Consumer Confidence Takes Upswing Following Presidential Election

One may decide for himself/herself whether this is a direct result of the faith of consumers in our new President Elect's ability to bring in a new era of higher wages, jobs, and economic prosperity or whether it is in direct response toward consumers' realizing that the Obama Administration will soon be out of office. Either way, both Wall Street and the American consumer appear to be highly optomistic about our future.
