The two sides of the argument as I understand them
1. Yes, as a private business, Facebook/Zuckerberg can freely decide whatever content he does or does not want to support on his venues
2. But if he is ADVERTISING or has a company policy CLAIMING or enforcing certain terms of usage,
yes, he and Facebook can be sued for violations.

I hope he can work out a smarter solution than when Neil Warren got compelled by Govt to change eharmony.
(Warren followed govt orders to set up a website for same sex partners to look for each other,
and cost him Christian business and customers who gave up using eharmony in protest.
What Warren should have asked to do is mentor GAY friendly business owners to set up their OWN
site where THEY own and operate it. They could pay him a licensing or franchise fee to use his
eharmony system or templates, but then alter it to be for their ideas for their business.)

In this case, why not ask Zuckerberg to MENTOR conservative business owners and investors
to set up their own equivalent of Facebook, live video Twitter etc. where they can run their own biases through their own networks.

So in a way it's dividing a monopoly.
In a way it's expanding, multiplying and diversifying it.

Let each network have it's own biases and quit fighting over who leans left or right, or rejects right or left.
Let free speech belong to the people running their own interfaces, and just put a disclaimer that they retain those rights.
