Committee Votes To Release Trumps' Taxes 24-16. Tell Me Why ThisI isn't Partisan Bullsh#T

If Trump has paid only 750 in taxes one year as reported by the investigation , when he is a wealthy man then how does the fair share argument fits into the how much Trumps pays in taxes.

National Taxpayer foundation statistics over the year show at least 97% of highest wage earners and wealth pay the most taxes. The other 3% are at the bottom of AGI. The top 10 percent of high wage earners and the wealth pay 52% of taxes that are collect.

If trump pays so little in taxes when arguable he is wealth , then is that a fair share? Trump will tell you how rich and successful he is.

Its clear that Trump is not paying his fair share. Its also clear that the IRS had failed to audit him as prescribe by law when he was the president.

Trump refused to divulge his taxes and the reason is clear because he paid so little when arguable he is a wealth man. I can see why he wants to hide them.

The biggest tax loophole for the wealth is all the earnings that never appear in the AGI and are thus untaxed which include all the business tax write-offs, tax free investments, and sheltered earning overseas.

The 1 percent of the 1 percent account for almost a quarter of all individual campaign contributions. Those contribution pay for themselves in tax breaks, favored treatment by various agencies, and favored consideration in voting for new legislation. And people say we don't need to change election laws. This is where elections are stolen, not at the ballot box.

Look at the shape of Schumer's head. That is all you have to know.
Phenology, the believe that the shape of the head was an indication of character and mental abilities was very popular two hundred years ago. Today it has been discarded by science as nonsense but there are still through backs that believe in it.

Since the Democrat managed to pull of stealing the 2020 election now Trump is a private citizen.

How in the hell does the government have the right to release the tax records of a private citizen?

It is not like he is being accused of tax evasion and the records being evidence in a criminal case.

It is nothing more than typical Democrat dirty tricks. They are the scum of this country.

Why didn't the government require that The Worthless Negro release his college transcripts so we could find out if he enrolled as a foreign student? That would have been the concern of the government because that directly addresses the issue that he was not eligible to be President. Far more important.

Because they were released for the years he wasn't a private citizen...

And I find it kind of interesting that the guy paid no taxes for the last six years, because his only real talent seems to be setting piles of money on fire.

His transcripts have nothing to do with his eligibility to be president.

Even if he enrolled as a foreign student (he didn't), the point was, his mother was a natural born citizen and he was born in Hawaii.

The Ways and Means Committee can collect evidence that services investigative and legislative processes. They did so with Trump's taxes....as part of their investigation into the way the IRS applied presidential audit rules to Trump.

With a vote of the Ways and Means Committee (if a majority are present), any evidence it has taken can be made public.

They voted to do just that.

Already did. It's what prompted your current, confused ranting. Go back and reread.

You just said that his inaction is aid and comfort. I don't know that that qualifies as aid and comfort itself. It may have some other legal consequences, though.

Redacting of social security numbers, birth dates phone numbers, and email addresses is required by the IRS when tax returns are release by the IRS under court order. Other personal information is not redacted as it would make the returns useless.

shall furnish such committee with any return or return information specified in such request, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer shall be furnished to such committee only when sitting in closed executive session

Can this return or return information be associated with, or otherwise identify a particular taxpayer, directly, or indirectly? Absolutely it can, therefore, can only be obtained in closed executive session, which means they legally can't share it with anyone.

return information

(2) Return information The term “return information” means— (A) a taxpayer’s identity, the nature, source, or amount of his income, payments, receipts, deductions, exemptions, credits, assets, liabilities, net worth, tax liability, tax withheld, deficiencies, overassessments, or tax payments

So, any of that means they cannot legally share thus information with anyone outside of the closed session in which it was obtained.

Absolutely, given he was the president of the united states and they were doing it for him and following his orders. That plus his incendiary tweets. His implicit and explicit praise and approval of them is indeed aid and comfort. And that is precisely the argument that will be made at his trial.

Nah, he never told anyone to riot. Just because you agree with someone doesn't mean it rises to aid and comfort. I guess well.see though. Hopefully doj won't be too long with this and we can have a result.
