as a campus and banking district to start microlending to break the cycle of poverty
affecting minority interests including Blacks who are centuries behind the learning
curve of property ownership and the financial independence that comes with it.

It is, in a way, suicidal the way historic preservationists give all their lives to
labors of love without reward, often paying the costs themselves,
fighting an uphill battle against oppressive corporate interests, where tax revenues and
govt influence all based on property development for short term profits,
