I started a thread on evolution in the CDZ. In spite of my calls to return to the topic, one poster kept deflecting with ad hominem & personal attacks. So the thread was closed. Why should the disruption of one poster cause the whole debate to shut down? If this is merely ideological support for the disrupting poster, make that clear. But why should he be rewarded by shutting down a thread he does not like?

If there is not liberty to present alternate views, even if there is an ideological agenda from the detractors, this forum is nothing more than an echo chamber, & stifles free expression by moderation.
