Did you think he was going to fix the entire nations infrastructure in one budget? Come on now. Also, they are using the old government costing structure, Trump will pay 50% of the costs.

Infrastructure is local and sometimes regional so not federal business at all. Plus states have to balance their budgets so it makes more sense for them to pay for it rathe rthan add on more federal debt. Plus its BS story any way. When the locals pay they tend not to build bridges to nowhere, when feds pay its the opposite.
