Security vetting depends on your age and life story.. I was relatively young when I started collecting clearances, so there was no where to go except back to my teens.. For older folks the value is in your heritage and where your family has come from..
In Kavanaugh case, the LEAST concern is innocent partying.. In fact, America's Intel services have some of the finest alcohol and drug interventions in the nation...
