Yeah let's forgo science in favor of tolerance, that way we can have a generation of people who love one another but have no idea how anything they use works......... then tries to hug a suicide bomber......
Hell we already have a generation who have been coddled in school that are having serious challenges dealing with how the real world works. Yes there are winners and losers and no, you don't get an infinite number of tries to get the answer right, you'll be fired long before then........

No they shouldn't. That's exactly how Communists/Progressives have destroyed the American Public School System. Too much pushing political/social agendas. and not enough real educating. It's just not all that important Johnny learn about how it's 'ok' that Billy likes to put his pee pee in other guys' buttholes. Get that stuff out of the Public School System. Start educating kids properly.
